Professional & compassionate support for the emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges your teen may be facing.
Are you concerned about your teen’s mental health?
Why Seek Therapy for Your Teen?
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), close to 8 million children in the United States have a treatable mental health disorder. That’s nearly 1 in 7 children struggling with mental health symptoms. Children have been exposed to increased school & community violence, bullying, substance abuse, grief and loss, anxiety about the future and a host of other stressors.
Following the height of the pandemic, many teenagers have been wrestling with lingering mental health struggles. These can often include anxiety, loneliness, depression, irritability and social anxiety. Initially, social media helped a lot of kids stay connected and adjust to the changing world, however, since then, many (including young adults) have struggled with the return to “real life” engagement. They have struggled with making friends, being successful in the classroom (at work) and participating in outside activities. Some have even engaged in unhealthy coping such as vaping, substance use, cutting and risky sexual behaviors. Let us help
Teens, and young adults, are dealing with a lot of pressure; much more than their parents ever had to face. Our entire lives are now online, being manipulated for content, and views. There are no safe spaces to be themselves, or figure out who they are without everyone watching, recording and making comments. That’s a lot of stress to be perfect. We all need a safe place where we can relax, talk about the things, and be honest about how we’re really doing. We can provide that space.
For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Therapeutic Methods We Use
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Works by helping you notice the connection between what you think, how you feel and what you do.
Attachment Based Therapy
Looks at early childhood attachment style and aims to build or rebuild a trusting, supportive relationship that will help prevent or treat mental health conditions .
Psychodynamic Therapy
For those who want a deeper understanding of themselves. It explores the unconscious patterns, early experiences, & relational dynamics that shape how you think, feel, and behave today.
Solution Focused Therapy
A practical, goal-oriented approach that draws on your existing strengths & resources, helping you identify what’s already working & build on it.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Uses meditation, relaxation and awareness exercises to help focus on the present moment, to decrease anxiety, stress & increase regulation.
We also seek to assist in improving behaviors and relationships at home by supporting parents and caregivers with establishing healthy communication, expectations and routines. We work with you to support them and value your input and participation. Many of our teens choose to integrate faith into their sessions, however this is not a requirement for treatment. We respect each individual family’s values and seek to offer support based on their unique needs.
For parents reading this: You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis to consider therapy for your teen. If something feels off, if your teen has gone quiet, or become argumentative; if you're worried but not sure why, that's enough of a reason to reach out. A free consultation gives us a chance to talk through what you're noticing and figure out the right next step together.
You already took the first step. You’re here. You’re ready for change. Now, keep going.
All it takes is one call to connect you to the support you need. So, continue being brave. You’ve already done the hardest thing: admitting you need help.
